Sorry, we do not offer refunds! Any item bought on sale is considered a final sale and not eligible for return. If you have any sizing questions, please ask us! We are here to help.

We offer exchange or online store credit within 14 days from the date your order is received. Clothing must be returned new, unworn, and all tags still on. Garments that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted for an exchange or online store credit. Please be careful when trying on garments at home.  (For example, makeup and deodorant)

All bodysuits, swimwear and intimates are considered a final sale due to the nature of these items.

Items purchased using a discount code will still be eligible for an exchange or online store credit, unless stated otherwise.

Sorry, we do not offer price adjustments.

All online store credits are issued in the form of a unique discount code with the corresponding amount.  Please treat these like cash and do not share the code with anyone we are not responsible if someone else uses your code.  Once your return has been received, you will receive an email confirmation with your online store credit amount, less the shipping cost.  All E-Gift Card codes should be treated like cash, if lost, stolen or deleted they can not be replaced.

All in-store purchases will have the credit applied to your account. You must have an account with us in order to receive the credit.

All Sale Items are final sale and are not eligible for return.


VIP Return Service ($400+ purchase before tax)

Free Shipping and Returns on all orders over $400 before tax. If you need to exchange a size or style, we will send you a return label digitally that you can take to any Canada Post outlet to return your item - on us!

Shipping times & delivery times

*We are shipping from Kelowna, BC. The farther away you are, the longer it can take to arrive. Please contact us if you wish to have even faster shipping than Express.

**Holiday time is busy season for Canada Post. Please expect orders to take longer than normal.


FREE SHIPPING over $175 before tax (5-10 Business days - destination dependent*)

Standard Shipping charge of $15 Flat (Under $175 before tax). (5-10 Business days - destination dependent*)

Express Shipping is available on all orders for a set rate of $20. (2-5 Business days - destination dependent*)

The shipping times vary depending on the destination. For example, we are shipping from Kelowna, BC. If you live in Nova Scotia, your parcel will take longer than if we were shipping to Vancouver simply because it needs to travel across the country.

All orders are shipped with Canada Post. Once the parcel is in their hands, it can take a couple of days for there to be information on your tracking number, which is normal. Reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns.

Orders will only ship between Monday and Friday. We strive to ship everything within 2 business days, depending on when our shipping team is on shift. We are a small local family-run business with a small team. Sometimes an item will need to be transported from our Downtown Location to our Mall location for shipping. If that happens it might take us an extra day or two to send your order.

Express orders will ship the same business day or next business day.

International shipments are subject to customs and we cannot guarantee a delivery date as it entirely depends on the couriers. It is normal for international shipments to take more than 3 weeks to arrive as it depends on the customs process in your country and the new courier taking over for our Canadian courier to deliver it to your door.

In store pick up & Curb side - Free

*please note that we have two locations, so some items from your pick up order may need to be transported from one location to the other OR you can pick up each item from each location. Please contact us at [email protected] or call us at (778) 484-5469 if you have any questions about this.


Shipping charges are not refundable.


Tracking Numbers

You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. It is normal for the information inside the tracking number to take a couple of days to appear.


Shipping Restrictions

For orders shipped to PO Box addresses, rural postal codes and remote locations considered "beyond points", we can reach your destination through Standard shipping only. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.


Shipping to multiple addresses

You may only ship to one address per order.

If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. For corporate orders, please contact the store for assistance and we'll be happy to help you out.


Refused shipments

We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and email us so that we can assist you with your order as needed.

Please note that if you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.


Redirecting an order

Please make sure your shipping address is correct we cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry!


Wrong address

If your package is not received and sent back to Honest Boutique you will be charged a delivery fee of $15 flat or provided a store credit to your account with the original shipping cost deducted.



For orders shipped outside of Canada, you should consult the customs legislation of your country. We do not take responsibility for duty fees, brokerage fees and shipment delays due to customs, if any.
